• 參賽者必須於2019 年1 月1 日前年滿13 歲 (即2005 年或以前出生)
• 元老組男子項目: 四十歲或以上 (1979年或之前出生)
• 元老組女子項目: 三十五歲或以上 (1984年或之前出生) |

• Participants must be 13 years of age before 1st January 2019 (born in 2005 or earlier)
• Men’s Veteran Events: Age 40+ (born in 1979 or earlier)
• Ladies’ Veteran Events: Age 35+ (born in 1984 or earlier)

比賽依FIE規則進行，主辦機構亦可根據實際比賽情況作更改。
比賽先進行一輪小組排名賽，小組分組以抽籤形式進行，然後進行直接淘汰賽。

The competition is run under FIE Rules, subjects to changes by the organizer. The competition formula is one round of pools followed by Direct Elimination. Composition of pools is by drawing lots.

參賽者必須自備全套劍擊制服及比賽器材(包括導電護頸花劍面罩)，面罩及劍擊服的最低要求為符合國際標準EN15367:2002及其抗穿透力測試達350N。參賽者亦必須穿著符合國際劍擊聯會認可之800N內穿護甲。

Participants should prepare full fencing uniform and gear (including Mask with conductive bib for foil). The mask and uniform must comply with the standard EN13567:2002 and 350N of the minimum penetration resistance force. All participants must wear an 800N under-plastron which conforms to the FIE rules.

1) 支票：郵寄劃線支票 (請勿郵寄現金)，抬頭 “劍舍”，寄回 新蒲崗六合街五號五樓。請於支票背頁寫上代表屬會/學校、隊名、聯絡人及聯絡電話。

2) PAYPAL：送出電子表格後會顯示 PAYPAL 連結：https://www.paypal.me/lehk，輸入金額及在「新增備注」上寫下隊伍名稱。

3) 送出電子表格並不代表成功確認比賽名額，我們會在收到支票後以電郵確認比賽名額。


a) Post a crossed cheque (Do Not Send Cash), made payable to “Les Escrimeurs (Hong Kong)”, to 5/F, 5 Luk Hop Street, San Po Kong, Kowloon. Please write down the club/ school/ team name/ contact person and telephone number on the back of the cheque.

b) Paypal: A paypal payment link will be shown after google form submission. Please enter the entry fee amount ($800) and enter your team name in the 'Remark'

c) Successful application will ONLY be completed upon receive of the cheque.  Confirmation email will be sent to applicants

名額有限，先到先得。Due to limited quotas, application will be accepted on a first come first serve basis.
最後付款日期為三月十四日(14th March)，若此日後尚未收到款項，將取消其報名，由後補名單中補上。
The last payment date is 14th March, your application will be cancelled if we do not receive your payment.

1) 比賽費用及比賽名額不得退還及轉讓。
2) 若比賽人數不足，或特殊情況下，合辦單位有權取消其有關之比賽。
3) 每 單位 / 國家 / 劍會 / 學校 可派多於一支隊伍代表參賽，唯隊名不可相同，而只有一隊可以國家 / 劍會 / 學校名稱代表出賽。
4) 每人只可參與一隊及一個項目。
5) 比賽名單將於四月開始公佈，參賽者可瀏覽劍舍網頁或Facebook專頁: LEHK劍舍 確認比賽資格及剩餘名額。



a) Fees and registrations on competition cannot be transferred from one applicant to another. There is no refund in the event of any withdrawal.
b) The organizers reserve the right to cancel the competition if there is insufficient enrolment or unforeseen difficulties arising from mounting the competition.
c) Each unit / country / club / school may send more than one team to one event. However, their team names should not duplicate; hence, only one team can use the country/ club/ school name to represent its unit.
d) Each participant can only compete in one team and in one event.
e) Participants can check our web site www.lehk.org or Facebook Page: LEHK for confirmation of entry and quota left of each event starting from early-May.
