Mystery of the Stolen Stories Game
Welcome to our virtual mystery!  We hope it will be fun for all ages and for families to play together.

If you are accessing this through a social media app, we recommend opening this game in a separate web browser so you don't lose progress when clicking on necessary links.  Keep THIS window open so you can continue to solve the puzzles.

This project was a joint effort between Caroline and Marlene Dunsheath of Memorial Library in East Rutherford and JFK Memorial Library in Wallington, NJ -- two members of the wonderful BCCLS consortia.  You can learn more about both libraries at their respective websites:
eastrutherford.bccls.org     and   wallington.bccls.org

We offer some hints along the way, but if you get stuck on any question, you can find more hints on Wallington's blog at https://wallingtonlibrary.blogspot.com/p/mystery-of-stolen-stories-hints-spoilers.html

This game consists of logic, word, and picture puzzles.  Some created through BeFunky.com and JigsawPlanet.com.  Other games and images were created with BitMoji and the tech wizardry of Marlene (and Google Forms Image Search).  The creators would like to acknowledge Peters Township Public Library in McMurray, PA and their fabulous Hogwarts Digital Escape Room for inspiring this endeavor.
