Virtuous Radicals for C-level Executives
The purpose of this research is to learn about leadership and employee beliefs impact the ways in which companies approach their relationships with society and social welfare decision-making. Some questions may seem personal. It is important to answer them as best you can as they inform the combined belief systems of you and your colleagues. The research will strictly comply with the ethics policy of Wits University and as such all personal and company details will be kept private.
