Comedy Catalyst Course Pilot Cohort Application

The Comedy Catalyst Course is a hands-on 5-week training program that teaches comedians, advocates, and anyone in between how to use humor as a tool for advocacy and social change.

Produced by Grassroots Comedy in partnership with Rising Organizers, this course blends comedic craft, advocacy strategy, organizing fundamentals, and cause-based storytelling. Participants will develop original advocacy-focused comedy inspired by real issues, culminating in a live showcase performance where they will present their work before a real audience and receive a professional video of their set.
