Forum Registration: Community Forum on Dental Care Barriers Among Men

COHI, a Connecticut-based nonprofit organization, is hosting a community forum for men who have experienced barriers to accessing dental care—particularly those who are uninsured or enrolled in HUSKY Health.

This forum aims to better understand the unique challenges men face when seeking oral health services, including what has or hasn’t worked in the past. Your insights will help inform efforts to improve dental care access and equity for men across the state.

This VIRTUAL Oral health forum will be held on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, from 6:00PM–8:00PM. 

These forums will be 2 hours long and participants will be compensated with a $50 gift card for their time. COHI will also provide oral health kits, oral health resources, and an opportunity to advocate for positive changes.

All responses on this form will be kept confidential and are for internal purposes only. All data will be de-identified prior to inclusion in any final report.
