Vendor Registration | Art, Beer and Wine Festival 2017

The Ella Sharp Museum will be hosting its 13th Annual Art, Beer and Wine Festival on Saturday, June 3, 2017 and the search for vendors is on!!! Each vendor has a 10' x 10' booth setup outdoors through the historic grounds of the Ella Sharp Museum, where art will be available for purchase and beverages will be available for sampling!

STEP ONE: Complete this registration form electronically.
STEP TWO: Jury fee ($25) is due at the time of registration; please make your check payable to Ella Sharp Museum or pay via phone at 517.787.2320.
STEP THREE: Send images of your work via email them to artbeerwinefestival@gmail.com.
STEP FOUR: Once approved, booth fee of $75 must be submitted within 14 days of confirmation.
