Dues Assistance Form
Temescal Aquatic Masters knows that a diverse, inclusive team is a better team. We commit to making membership accessible to as many swimmers as possible, regardless of capacity to pay. 

(Please note, in order to participate in Temescal Aquatic Masters, you must be a current member of US Masters Swimming. This is a nonnegotiable requirement for our insurance purposes.)

This application form will be submitted to the team Treasurer. The full Board of Directors will review the facts of this application, but your name will only be known to the Treasurer and staff/board members who are responsible for managing memberships. 

In deciding whether to approve an application, the Board will consider the team's financial status and budget. 

If approved, dues assistance lasts for 6 months to one year. You are welcome to reapply once that period is over.
