If you would like to be added to the waitlist for Adopting A Family through the Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh this holiday season, please fill out the following information.

Once this form is submitted, you will receive an automated confirmation email. Our Development & Grants Coordinator, Bethany Ferguson, will contact you if a family becomes available.

You also have the option to opt-in to be added to our early contact list next fall for the 2025 Adopt A Family program. Please select "yes" on the last question if you would like to do so to ensure that you are matched with a family next year.
