Pitman BOE - 9/16/2020 regular meeting - registration for public access to virtual conference
The Board of Education of the Pitman School District will be conducting its Regular Meeting on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 (via Zoom due to NJ Governor Phil Murphy’s public health emergency).

The Board will meet in executive (closed) session beginning at 7:00 pm; the public session will begin at 7:30 pm.

Members of the public who wish to listen to and participate in the public portion of the 9/16/2020 Board of Education meeting will be able to access the virtual meeting by completing the brief survey posted below. Once you have submitted the survey, you will be contacted with additional information that you will need to access the meeting.

The meeting will be hosted and broadcast via the conferencing software Zoom. You may download Zoom at www.zoom.us from the Internet, or as an app for your smartphone or mobile device from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.

If you wish to offer comments or ask questions as part of the public hearing portions of the meeting, please submit questions via email to boepublichearing@pitman.k12.nj.us; this can be done prior to or during the meeting. Public comments and questions that are received will be read aloud into the record during the two public hearing portions of the meeting.

Please note: the public hearings are not designed to be a dialogue between the public and members of the Board, but the Board President or the Superintendent may elect to respond to comments and inquiries during the meeting, or may be able to respond at a later time if more information is needed. All public comments will be limited to three minutes of reading.
