Independent Study Contract
All ISCs used for unavoidable travel must be requested a minimum of one week before departure and absent for 3 consecutive days with a maximum of 16 days cumulative for the 26-27 school year.

Contracts will be sent out via Adobe Sign for signatures from parents and students. K-1st grade students will receive paper packets the school day before departure. 2nd-8th grade students will receive all work via Google Classroom. All ISC assignments must be completed and are DUE the day the student returns to school. 

PLEASE NOTE: If the ISC is for travel purposes, any incomplete work will count as unexcuses absences and puts your child at risk for truancy and/or Chronic Absenteeism.

If you have multiple students, please fill out a form for EACH student who will be absent.
