Merrill Memorial Library Non-Resident Library Card Application
Merrill Memorial Library is funded by Yarmouth taxpayers. If you are a non-resident, there is an annual fee of $40. This fee covers you and all members of your household for an entire year of borrowing items from MML. Please list the names of any household members on the form below.

If you are an employee in the town of Yarmouth or you own property in Yarmouth, you are eligible for a free card. There is a place to indicate either on the form below.

Upon receiving this form, MML will begin your card application. You can mail a check for $40 to the library:
Merrill Memorial Library
215 Main Street
Yarmouth, ME 04096
Or bring a check or cash with you when you come to pick up your card, which you can do using our Curbside Service or in-person during our limited open hours.

Once payment has been received, we will mail your card to you.

With your card you can:
*Check out items from our library's collection and interlibrary loan items through the Minerva and MaineCat systems.
*Use the CloudLibrary app to borrow ebooks and audiobooks, up to three per card; these are supplemental to the audiobooks in the MML library collection and circulate for three weeks.
*Accept the responsibility of borrowing and returning items from our collection and those of the interlibrary loan system. If an item or items is/are lost by you or a member of your household, you agree to pay replacement costs for that/those item(s).
