Become a Mentor for FOSSASIA Google Code-In
FOSSASIA has been accepted as a mentor organization for Google Code-In since 2013.
This form offers contributors in the FOSSASIA community a way to register their interest to become a mentor. The FOSSASIA team will review all applications and inform you as soon as possible.
Please note, that mentors are expected to be active in the community and in FOSSASIA projects already for some time. Minimal contributions are not sufficient to be a mentor. In order to ensure mentors understand the work in the organization, we need to see substantial contributions and participation from potential mentors in the FOSSASIA community.
Mentors are usually contributors who have been active for a longer period of time, are maintainers of projects, event organizers, bloggers and most importantly regular code committers. Regular contributors will also be active on project channels, test and run projects on their own infrastructure and share their work on social media channels.
In order to become a mentor you should have contributed code (a number of merged pull requests) in any of our repositories in the last 6 months.
Independently of being a mentor, contributors are always welcome to support newcomers and help them to get started on our GitHub projects at

.
