Elkhart HS 2025 Homecoming Festival is on Friday, September 26th from 4:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m., and we’d love for you to be part of the excitement! Please complete this form to reserve your vendor booth for the Fall 2025 Homecoming event.
đź“Ť Who can sign up?
This form is open to community organizations (i.e. police, fire, Boys & Girls Club), craft vendors, artists, and other businesses interested in joining our celebration. No prepared food vendors. Elkhart based vendors will have first priority.
đź’µ Fee Details:
A flat fee of $20 per vendor booth is required to secure your spot. Checks payable to Elkhart High School with "Homecoming Vendor Fee" in the Memo Line. Informational tables are no charge.
⏳ Getting in line:
We are accepting vendors on a first-come, first-served basis. If you’re listed as the 2nd or 3rd vendor of the same type, you’ll automatically be notified and placed on standby. You’ll be notified ASAP should a spot open up.
Submission Deadline is Friday, September 12th.
âś… What happens next:
- Once we receive your application, you’ll get a confirmation email.
- If you’re on the standby list, we’ll contact you if the primary vendor cancels.
- Please be prepared to set up no sooner than 4:00 pm.
- 1 Table and 2 chairs will be provided for each vendor.
