Vendor Guidelines:

All Plant Powered Kids events are entirely plant-based. All exhibitors are expected to bring, promote and sell food and non-food items made without animal products.

There will be crowds! Expect several hundred attendees on the exhibit floor at any given hour.

Food vendors must have and be able to present on-site a valid Food Service Establishment (FSE) or Mobile Food Vending Unit Permit (MFV). MFVP must be operable in the borough of Brooklyn.

If a vendor DOES NOT have a valid FSE or MFVP, then a Temporary Food Service Establishment Permit (TFSE) is required.

Go green! Please limit packaging and sampling waste.

All vendors will need to send in a COI naming Plant Powered Kids as additionally insured.

Exhibitors are expected to create a professional, sanitary, and festive display.

Vendor spaces are limited and are subject to approval. We will email you shortly after receiving your registration form with an invoice and next steps!
