Is your parent or guardian interested in being a chaperone? If so, provide a name and contact information.
Parents help make this possible, the school wants a 10-1 ratio. Chaperones must undergo fingerprinting at their own cost through the district. If interested, put your information below and Mr. Kimball or Mrs. Roberts will contact you. Lagoon chaperones get free admittance, lunch voucher, and a free t-shirt for being so awesome.
