JACL Chapter Membership Assessment Survey
This survey is for all chapters to complete in order to assess the capacity of each chapter to conduct membership recruitment and retention. Please have your chapter president or membership chair complete this survey by Monday, December 10., 2018. If your chapter has difficulty filling out this survey online, please contact JACL VP of Membership and Services Haruka Roudebush at hroudebush@jacl.org and we will coordinate a call with your chapter board representatives to complete this survey over the phone with your district's representative on the National Membership Committee. Responses to the survey will be reviewed by National Membership Committee members to evaluate and help develop an individualized plan for your chapter to support membership recruitment and retention.
