Sign Up for Request to Speak
The Fifty-fifth Legislature, First Regular Session, convened on Jan 11, 2021. Please follow our Facebook page (
) and Twitter (
) for alerts & updates. Our intent is to catch up on RTS registrations on Fridays. Since Request to Speak is largely over for this session, our runners will be at the Capitol less frequently.
We will let you know as soon as your account is created. We will also send instructions and helpful links, and you will start receiving the Legislature Weekly (Iyer Report) every weekend during the Legislative session.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU USED THE RTS SYSTEM PREVIOUSLY, YOU DO NOT NEED A NEW ACCOUNT. If you can't remember your password, go to
and click "Forgot Your Password?"
By filling out this form, you allow Civic Engagement Beyond Voting to create an account for you at the Arizona Legislature to use the Request to Speak (RTS) system. This will allow you to make your voice heard by supporting or opposing legislation while it's being heard in committees. We will add your name to our newsletter to receive tips and recommendations for RTS positions, and invaluable information about legislative activities. Thank you for using democracy!
