2016 SLU Block Party Exhibitor Booth Application - Friday, August 12th
The 12th annual South Lake Union Block Party is the largest festival focused on celebrating and showcasing South Lake Union’s vibrant community. Taking place on Friday, August 12th from 11am to 11pm, the free event will feature live music, a large beer garden, letterpress demonstrations, annual Steamroller Smackdown, food trucks, and an exciting “Best Burger in SLU” competition.

The booth rate is $450. Non-profit rate is $300. If you are a sponsor, or if your booth was donated by a sponsor, the booth fee is waived.

This year’s event, which will draw an estimated 15,000 guests of all ages throughout Puget Sound, will benefit the Cascade Playground Activation Project, an organization that includes neighbors, small business owners, residents, non-profits, and community members interested in helping make Cascade Park a safe, fun, and enjoyable park to use for all.

Submitting this form does not guarantee booth space. Providing as much information as possible during this application process will help us place you at the event. Booth space is limited and we cannot guarantee space will remain available. We give priority to Vulcan tenants, SLU Chamber members, and businesses geographically located in the neighborhood.

We will send confirmation over email and at that time we will ask for a Certificate of Insurance and payment.

We request that you plan on staffing your booth from 11:00 am until 7:00 pm.

We will follow up with detailed load-in/out instructions as the event date draws near. We will provide one 6' table, two chairs and 10'x10' tent coverage per booth space. You will be responsible for providing your own signage and linens for the booth.

We find every year that more successful booths have some element of interaction.
