Kindergarten Screening 2025-2026
Please complete the form below by Monday, April 7, 2025 if your child will be 5 years of age before August 1, 2025.  
This document should be completed by members of the Gibsonburg School district as well as those considering open enrolling to Gibsonburg.  
Screenings will be held Monday, April 14, and Tuesday, April 15 from 8  - 11 AM, and again from 12 - 3 PM each day.  Your appointment will last anywhere from 45-90 minutes, and you will sign up for one session only.
