Writer's Block InK (The Express Lane)
The Writer's Block InK is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization based out of New London, CT.
Our mission is to ignite social change on the page and stage by engaging youth voices and using the arts as a creative outlet.

This fall, Writer's Block InK is pleased to bring "The Express Lane", a FOUR week intensive afterschool workshop series to Waterbury Public Schools that will meet virtually every Wednesday.

Every week, you will join Writer's Block InK staff to create and explore the arts and focus on creating work surrounding social issues and injustices in your community along with giving you a creative outlet to express personal struggles.

Through Visual & Digital Design, Creative Writing, Acting and Poetry, Writer's Block InK provides a safe atmosphere for youth to express themselves.

Join us during the month of October to create, discover and grow while expressing yourself and issues you believe in.

Wednesday October 21st- November 11th 2pm-4pm
