2026 FALL SHOWCASE PERFORMER APPLICATION

Participants in the WildFire Showcase inspire and entertain us all while gaining/refining essential performance skills. Our audience is incredibly receptive and supportive to newcomers, to veteran performers testing new acts, and everyone in between. All  submissions should fit the tone and mission of WildFire, and be relevant to the kinds of performance arts taught in our workshops.

Note: Application does not guarantee a place in the showcase - with an increase in applicants, we will likely have to turn away some performers each event. All who apply before the deadline will be considered.

If you do not have a ticket by that time your application will not be considered.

Performers will be notified the following day and will have until Friday, August 21, to confirm via email or text. Any unconfirmed spots will be considered forfeit and organizers will move on to alternates as needed.

Google Calendar events for all important will be shared in advance to help respect and protect everyone's time at the event.

This role counts as 3 hours toward your minimum of 5 volunteer hours per event.

In order to be considered you must either upload your music as an MP3 here or email it to Grace by end of day on 8/16. If you have difficulty obtaining your music in that format, Grace is happy to help as long as you request assistance by end of day on 8/14.
