The Wayfinder Project seeks to share knowledge and space farmers and value added processors to collaborate for the Plant to Powder and 30% By '30 Initiatives (
30% by 30 'Ulu Flour Initiative – Voyaging Foods ) .
The Wayfinder units act as a post-harvest labs in kitchen containers (located on agriculture land) that enables farmers to wash, dry, pulverize, mill and package value-added, low-risk manufacturing in the plant category such as mamaki tea, taro, breadfruit, sweet potato, moringa and other starch and root crops for direct to consumer sales.
We also can offer marketing and packaging services as phase II of the project to help farmers sell their products.
The Wayfinder collective is also working on workshops to train farmers and value-added processors interested in post-harvest processing in the Plant to Powder initiative.
