13th Bromley Boys' Brigade 2026 Annual Consent & New Members Application Form
This form is required to be completed annually by all parents/carers to ensure that we have essential up-to-date personal data for all members, including medical details and emergency contact information. This is a mandatory requirement for all members and is required to be completed and submitted prior to the commencement of the new session. For new joiners it should be completed before commencing membership of the13th Bromley Boys' Brigade.
The form is designed so that the information is collected in the correct order to help with the inputting of information onto Online Brigade Manager (OBM), The Boys’ Brigade’s online membership system. Parents/carers with access to My.BB will be able to view and update their own and their child’s data on OBM.
