Bay Path University's 2025 Alumni Awards Nomination Form
We’re excited to present five Alumni Awards at our Reunion on October 4. While we’re focusing on anniversary-year alumni (those from class years ending in 0 or 5), we’d love to consider your nominations for any alumni. Please fill out the respective award nominations explaining how they meet the award's description.

There are five Alumni Awards open for your nominations: 

  1. Bay Path University Civic Award: For outstanding service to the community.

  2. Bay Path University Lifetime Achievement Award:  For extraordinary professional and lifetime achievement.

  3. Bay Path University Recent Alumnae/i/um Award: Recognizes an alumna/us/um who graduated within the last 10 years. The award is in recognition of service to the University and leadership in the community.

  4. Bay Path University Service Award: Recognizes an alumna/us/um for outstanding service to the University.

  5. The James McGill '35 Carpe Diem Award: Recognizes an alumna/us/um whose educational, employment and civic contributions truly epitomize the University’s motto – Carpe Diem.
