Our ADHD teen group offers the opportunity for young women to learn, talk, and connect with peers who have similar experiences. We meet once weekly on Sundays at 5pm PST (8pm EST) for 1 hour. Membership is open to young women ages 16-20. It is free and no diagnosis is required. Members can drop in as often as they like. Once you submit this form, please look out for an email/text from Yulia to schedule a 30-minute Zoom meet & greet with parent & teen.
We want everyone in attendance to feel secure that what is said in the meeting is confidential and private. This means what is said in the meeting stays in the meeting. We will remind everyone that this very important at each meeting.
We encourage all parents to join CHADD - Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. CHADD is a national non-profit, tax-exempt [Section 501(c)(3)] organization providing education, advocacy, and support for individuals with ADHD. Members will receive discounts to their meetings as well as informative materials about ADHD. See
https://chadd.org/get-involved/membership/This chapter is run 100% by volunteers. You can make a difference for people with ADHD. Each year, through the generous support from volunteers, donors, and members, CHADD is able to fund critical programs and services that truly make a difference in the lives of people affected by ADHD. Meetings are always free, but donations are accepted to help us continue to offer opportunities for our community. Please visit
