The Uber for Business Higher Education team supports transportation and meal programs for colleges and universities but does not support healthcare transportation programs that require HIPAA compliance.
If your program involves patient transportation or requires the handling of protected health information (PHI), you must use Uber Health, our HIPAA-compliant transportation solution.
Requests involving patient transportation or HIPAA compliance will be referred to the Uber Health team for review and support.
