** Please ensure you are not requesting a letter intended for a bank as that would be a different form/process. Should you require a bank letter, please visit the HC Google site for more information on where to find the Bank Letter Request Form.

** Current Staff -  Please note your workday profile must up to date (including your profile picture) for your letter to be generated.
