SET-UP/BREAKDOWN: Setting tables and chairs for event, putting-up/taking down decorations, setting up food (if food is being distributed at the event), may include some heavy lifting, and putting-up/taking down signage.

GREETER: Greeting guests, asking guests to sign in, showing guest where the event is being held, and encouraging guests to get tested.

OUTREACH: Assist IOOV staff in promoting BIPOC Pride events in a day long outreach day throughout counties we serve. This day requires a lot of walking. Outreach can also include reaching out to your own community to promote BIPOC Pride events.

FOOD STATION: Monitoring food, making sure the area is clean, replenishing items as needed and distributing food. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

ENTERTAINMENT: Assisting IOOV staff and entertainers as needed.

FLOATER: Assisting in any needed area.

KIDS CORNER: Assist with providing oversight of children playing, creating art, and playing in carnival areas. More information on requirements of this area to be discussed.
