Sustainability Initiatives
Clean-Up & Sustainability Deposit: Every Food Vendor or Sampler are responsible for the condition of their contracted space during and after the event. A $400.00 deposit is required for each Food Vendor. The deposit is for the following: $200.00 for cleaning, $200 for adhering to the policy of using all compostable materials. The $400.00 deposit will be processed 30 days after the completion of the Fest and will be returned if your booth area is left clean and you used all compostable materials.

ALL VENDORS are required to abide by our sustainability guidelines. San Jose Jazz Summer Fest reserves the right to stop sale or use of products that violates its sustainability initiatives.

*No Plastic Bags, plastic ware, or styrofoam are allowed to be given patrons. Use is limited to the backend operation and must be disposed of in the guidelines of the city. Sustainability Guidelines

IMPORTANT DEADLINES FOR PAYMENTS
Booth Payments will be processed online or through money order. After you have received notice of acceptance, a deposit of 1/2 the cost of the booth is required to hold your space. The remainder is due no later than July 15, 2019. If you are unable to complete payments online, contact the Vendor Coordinator Amanda Jane McBride at vendors@sanjosejazz.org.

Fees for Temporary Food Facility payments should be made out to the County of Santa Clara and submitted with the completed TFF to San Jose Jazz NO LATER THAN JULY 6, 2019.
