Digital Learning Plan Survey 

Thank you for your participation in your school’s data collection on digital learning. Blytheville School District is asking staff, students, and parents or guardians their perspectives on digital learning in order to determine the school's current state of readiness for digital learning. Please answer the following 27 questions based on your student’s learning experiences in Blytheville Public Schools. The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete.
