TM Coaches will assume you are available for relays on any day that you swim an individual event. If that works for you, then you don't need to complete this form. :)
PLEASE NOTE 11-12 & 13-14 RELAYS ARE AT THE END OF FINALS THU - FRI - SAT and at the end of prelims (before distance races) on SUN.
If you'd like to make yourself available on a day you are not swimming an individual event, you need to complete this form.
If you'd like to remove yourself from TM relays on a day you have individual events, you need to complete this form.
