Booster Club Enrollment 2025-2026
Please consider supporting Mukwonago High School athletics by becoming a member of the MHS Athletics Booster Club by donating $50 today. As a member you will be playing a significant role in continuing our strong support of the MHS athletic programs. Every school year, nearly 800 students participate in at least one sport at MHS, and many participate in as many as three or four sports each school year.

As a parent of a high school athlete, you are aware of the ever increasing costs of participating in Division 1  high school athletic programs. The MHS Athletics Booster Club provides funding to participating sports teams for equipment, uniforms or other requests that are not funded by the school district. With your support MHS has been able to maintain the quality of the athletic programs and continues to be competitive in the Classic 8 conference and contributes to a meaningful high school experience for our children.

Last year alone the Mukwonago High School Athletic Booster Club provided over $70,000 in support of MHS
Athletic programs. Every team at every level has benefited. Not only have individual sports teams benefited, but the Booster Club has provided equipment and support for the athletic and fitness programs benefitting all students.

For the basic membership fee of $50, you and a guest can attend up to 12 different sporting events free of charge. If you and a guest attend only 6 sporting events you will cover the cost of the membership. The entire membership fee goes directly to support MHS athletics programs.

As a thank you for your membership donation, you will receive a complimentary event pass. This pass entitles you and one guest free admission to 12 home sporting events during the school year. One admission for each sport plus 2 “your choice” games to any sporting event you choose. Additional membership options provide unique, exclusive Booster Club merchandise such as an Athletics Booster baseball hat, winter hat, or t-shirt. (Stadium chairs are out of stock). You can also make a donation in any amount to support MHS Athletics.

Pickup Instructions
Event passes will be mailed beginning August 21. You can pick up your event pass and/or merchandise at the first three home football games.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
