Retreat Options
This retreat is a residential retreat. However, for those who are unable to stay on-site, there are a limited number of spots for commuters.  As a commuter you would be expected to attend every session of the retreat, including meals, the entire day, but would go home to sleep and return again each morning.
Retreat Registration
The retreat registration covers the costs of meals, accommodation, facility and equipment rental. It does not include any payment for the teachers or to Edmonton Insight Meditation / Saskatoon Insight. Opportunities for Dana will be provided at the retreat.

Sliding Scale Registration -  We are offering this retreat on a sliding scale. Please select the highest rate you can reasonably afford to help ensure retreats are available to all. This does not include compensation for the teachings. There will be an opportunity to offer donations to the teachers at the end of your retreat.

Deposit: 50% is due within 10 days of receiving your registration confirmation email to confirm your spot and the remaining balance due by March 1, 2026
Alternatively, you can pay in full within 10 days of receiving your registration confirmation email confirming your spot. 
Retreat Registration Selection

All Residential Retreat accommodation includes private rooms. We have a very limited number of rooms with ensuite bathrooms. If you would like to be considered for an ensuite, please let us know why. We cannot guarantee your request will be granted.
Dietary Needs
Star of the North will provide vegetarian meals (ovo-lacto) for this retreat. If you are confirmed as a registrant for the retreat, we will send a special diet request form for you to complete so that the chef can do their best to accommodate any dietary restrictions. 
In addition to meals provided from June 5 to 14 that are included in your registration, we may organize an optional supper on June 5, 2026 and lunch @ $21.50 on our last day (June 14, 2026). Please indicate if you are interested in the additional supper and/or lunch.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration after your place has been fully confirmed, a cancellation fee will be charged.
$50 fee for cancellations on March 15, 2026 or earlier.  Cancellations after March 15, 2026, and onward, will not be refunded*

*Exception: if we are able to fill your spot with someone from the waitlist, you will be refunded less a $50 fee.
*Exception: For registrations at the Benefactor rate, we will refund the difference between the Benefactor and Sustaining rates.
