Please note that trustees are not assessed room or meal charges for the February, May, and November meetings. However, for the August meeting REGULAR GUEST RATES APPLY FOR THOSE WITH ACCOMMODATIONS ON CAMPUS, as well as for those staying off campus wishing to have meals in the dining room. For the February, May, and November meetings held on campus, special rates are available for family members traveling with you.
