2018 Grant Application Form for MUSA-affiliated Student Groups
Please note:
- In each funding round, your group may apply for one expense or (set of) item(s) only.

- Funding is only granted for FUTURE events and purchases. There will be NO funding granted for any past purchases/travel/consumables. For budgeted and/or events, only students will be funded; staff and non-students must fund their own travel etc. Travel funds are also not available to cover guest speakers/teachers.

- Grant money will only be transferred to your group's bank account AFTER you have produced receipts of spending, i.e. proof of purchase/travel invoiced paid/ grocery receipts, AS WELL AS a brief report (with photos, if possible). This means you must be able to cover any cost arising yourself first.

- Grant application deadlines for 2018 are at 4pm on 2 March, 24 April, 26 July and 12 September.

- Grant Application Workshops are run at 6pm on both 19 March and 23 July.

MUSA and the Grants Committee needs to be satisfied that you undertake efforts to raise money yourself, in case funding cannot be granted.

E.g. by selling event tickets/asking for koha/fundraising... Please note: Any money you apply for will only be released after you produce receipts to the Clubs Coordinator (send scanned attachments, please).This can be waived for NEW clubs or in extraordinary circumstances.
