SAA Mandatory Event Excuses Submission
This form must be filled out if you plan to miss all or part of a mandatory event. You will receive an email when your absence is officially excused. Please submit at least one week prior to the event.
The following reasons for absences are *generally* deemed acceptable:
- Scheduled classes or meetings
- Scholarship-related events
- Illness or health-related issues
- Family emergencies
- Unavoidable work conflicts
*Please fill out a separate excuse form for EACH absence.
