All parties will require a deposit of $50 before your spot will be reserved. This deposit will be applied towards the total of the invoice at the event. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the event will forfeit the deposit unless for a medical or personal emergency with professional documentation. This deposit will be paid after we discuss the event further via phone or email. The venue for the event must be clean, well-light, and be able to seat all participants.
