I hereby declare that I share the same immutable traits defined by the NHDP Caucus and hereby wish to declare myself as a member of the caucus identified below. I also hereby state that I am a registered Democrat in the State of New Hampshire, and if I am to change my party affiliation or move out of state, I will no longer qualify to be a member of the caucus in which I am petitioning.

As a caucus member, I recognize that I am an eligible voter in any and all Caucus votes including, but not limited to, election of officers, special elections, approval of budgets, etc. Having signed this, I am also able to run for any Officer position as long as I identify as a member of the caucus below.
