Pre-orders will be ready for pick-up usually by 3 weeks or less than the close date of the Pre-Order listed below.

FIRST PRE-ORDER CLOSES JULY 20. ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID BY JULY 20 or your order will not be processed.
Additional pre-orders or purchasing from remaining stock may be available after the 20th.

Color Choices. Metallics are matte-finish metallic colors without a shiny/reflective finish. Glitters have a shiny glitter finish. NOTE: Glitter and Metallic colors cannot be used for background designs, but can be used for monograms.

Processing time varies by items, but most items are ready for pick-up in less than 3 weeks after the Pre-Order Close date. Payment is required up front for all custom orders. Once invoiced or instructed how to pay (depending on your pick-up location as detailed above) you must pre-pay for your item by the close of the pre-order day listed at the top of this form. Non-payment will void your order. Returns/Exchanges are not accepted on personalized goods, except in the case of defective materials or errors made on my end. Once your order is received you will receive an email confirmation of the submission. I will follow-up with information on where to pay via email.
