Remember, we come to you! That means there's no additional travel costs, recruiting parent helpers or the paperwork that comes with going off-site. You don’t have to stress. Between us we have decades of experience! We are passionate about what we do and are proud that Science in a Van has been touring Aotearoa since 2011. You and your students will be part of a memorable, engaging and worthwhile experience..

Your investment: $350.00+gst for up to 100 children. Please get in touch if you’d like a bigger audience.

You won't pay anything if your booking clashes with planned Union Industrial Action or unforeseen events like a Covid lockdown situation.

On the day, Emily will be presenting and she arrives about 30 minutes before show time to set up. The show lasts around 35 minutes. We bring everything we need (including a sound system, a table and a mat that catches most of the mess).

All we require is:

An inside space, ideally your mat time area (we are unable to do shows outside)
Access to a power socket near the performance space.
Access to a sink, before and after the show.
A normal sized car park and step free access to your centre (we have trolleys).
