25 Year Plaque Recognition

This form allows IMEA to recognize those teachers, who haven't been recognized previously, to receive a plaque for participating in Circle the State with Song for 25 years (both consecutively and non-consecutively).

Recipients will be recognized at the festival their group is performing in. If a teacher has students at more than one area, please type in the area you'd like to be recognized at under 'performance area'.
