We offer a variety of options, whether you want to utilize the facility in its entirety with your own training schedule and program, or if you want to be a part of our fitness and wellness classes, strength and conditioning classes, personal training sessions, nutrition consultations or guidance; the opportunities are endless.

We work as a team to create an environment that focuses on communication, collaboration, and integration of ideas that are devoted to the development of our facility and its members. Our personal trainers play a vital role to our organization, as our goal is to provide you with quality programming by developing and implementing programs that are fostered around your goals and fitness needs; while, monitoring your progress, assessing movement quality, and providing cues through proper technique and mechanics.

Personal Training Pricing Packages and Information
You may purchase a package at the front desk or through our app:

$220 – 4 SESSIONS (60 DAY EXPIRATION)
$400 – 8 SESSIONS (60 DAY EXPIRATION)
$540 – 12 SESSIONS (60 DAY EXPIRATION)
$960 – 24 SESSIONS (90 DAY EXPIRATION)

Each session is 1 hour (half hour sessions are also available)

Remote Programming is also available - $200 first month (includes one personal training session with your coach or phone call/zoom call for movement assessment, questions, etc.) - $150 each month after that, 5-6 day/week for 4 weeks

Membership clients get 10% off all pricing package options

Other pricing and group size options are available (2 on 1, 3 on 1, and 4 on 1 sessions)
