We take our responsibility to protect your data seriously and may save it on a secure third party platform or saved on Durham University servers, so that we can keep it safe and process it effectively. This form can be used to request a regular room booking, to request a room for a one-off event please use this form Please submit only one form per event or meeting. Regular room bookings are allocated on termly basis initially, then ad-hoc dependent on availability after that.


Due to lectures the Ballroom is NOT bookable on WEEKDAYS or Sunday morning and will be available from the below times:

Monday from 6pm
Tuesday from 6pm
Wednesday from 2pm
Thursday from 6pm
Friday from 5pm
Saturday from 9am
Sunday from 1pm

Kingsgate and Upper Kingsgate are also only bookable after 6pm each day, and can only hold activities where it is not required to move furniture around.

***Please be flexible with your times, dates and rooms as we will try and accommodate as many groups as possible so you might not get exactly what you request.***
