We are pleased to invite you to the EAIC End of Year Event on December 2nd, 2025, at The Marriott in Brussels. This event offers a full day of insightful discussions, engaging panels, and networking opportunities as we review the year’s achievements and explore the latest trends in research, innovation, and funding.

Event Highlights

  • Members Meeting: Reflect on EAIC’s progress in 2025 and look ahead to 2026, including an introduction of new members and strategic planning discussions.
  • Workshops & Panels: Participate in interactive sessions on strategic priorities, dual-use innovation, and ARPA-style funding in Europe, featuring updates from EAIC working groups and expert speakers.
  • Networking Opportunities: Conclude the day with a keynote speech, followed by a networking cocktail, dinner and drinks, for informal exchange and winding down.
