We are looking for makers, furniture, home decor, fresh fruits & veggies, baked goods, pastries, sauces, spices, spread, breads, cheeses, specialty meats, clothing, repurposed, vintage, antiques, garden, metal, iron, jewelry, accessories, candles, salvage, plants, flowers, woodworkers, baby, pets, handmade, food trucks, beverages, and more!

EVENT OPTIONS:
- Holiday Market - November 2nd - 10am - 5pm & November 3rd - 10am - 4pm
- Kris Kringle Market - December 7th - 10am - 5pm & December 8th - 10am - 4pm
BOOTH OPTIONS:
- Inside Heated Tent - The Rustic Fox will provide a heated tent and lighting for pop-up vendors. Booth space inside the tent is 9x9. No pop up tents are allowed inside the tent. - $400 per event - HEATED SPACES SOLD OUT
- Outside Pop-Up - Vendor will supply their own tent and all necessary supplies. Booth space is 10x10 located in parking lot. - $200 per event - ELECTRICITY NOT AVAILABLE - POP UP SPACES SOLD OUT
- Truck/Vehicle - LIMITED SPACES AVAILABLE - Size of space is 20x30 - $300 per event - TRUCK - SPACES SOLD OUT
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- This is an OUTDOOR & INDOOR show.
- Show will be held RAIN, SNOW, OR SHINE.
- Vendors are required to be set up from open to close both days.
- All vendors must provide their own table, chairs, and any other supplies needed.
- No electricity can be provided for any reason.
- Generators are allowed with pre-approval.
- All food & beverage vendors must comply with the Kane County Health Department requirements.
- All food & beverage vendors must comply with The Village of North Aurora requirements.
- No refunds will be provided for any reason.
- No Direct Sales companies will be considered.
Once your application has been received it will be reviewed by our selection committee . Each application is reviewed with care and consideration. The Rustic Fox strives to offer customers a diverse and ever changing vendor selection. Please ensure your application is filled out correctly and in full to avoid invalid submission. Any applications missing necessary information or filled out incorrectly will not be reviewed. FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM must be clickable links to be reviewed.
ONLY APPLICANTS WHO ARE ACCEPTED WILL BE CONTACTED.
If accepted you will be sent a welcome email with instructions how to come complete your contract. You have 24 hours to fill out and sign your contract. Payment will be due within 48 hours of signing the contract. If you are participating in both events, the first event fee is due upon signing. The second event will be billed 30 days prior to the event.
