2020-21 Student Device Repair and Loaner Form
Thank you for submitting your repair form. Someone from the UCF Technology team will reach out to you to schedule a drop off of the device. Once the device is dropped off and properly sanitized, the team will quickly diagnose the issue and have a loaner prepared for you until the device is repaired or the device will be repaired while you wait.

This is only to report hardware breaks, issues, or lost/stolen. Software issues should be reported through the help desk system located https://www.ucfsd.org/departments/technology
