Erin Kelly – Senior Director, Innovation at DSW
As the Senior Director of Innovation at DSW, Erin is responsible for evaluating new growth opportunities for the DSW Inc. portfolio of companies. Erin has been with DSW for 9 years, beginning her DSW career with a focus on e-commerce marketing & operations. Erin then moved to the Marketing team where her responsibilities were broadened to cover the digital customer experience which included site, mobile, app, digital media, and social media channels. Next, she had the opportunity to join the newly created omnichannel team where she focused on omnichannel customer experience and strategy. Prior to DSW, Erin was with Resource Interactive where she was the client advocate for several national retailers such as DSW, Restoration Hardware, Walmart, LLBean, Reebok, and Express. Erin is passionate about the evolution of the retail customer experience and how retailers must change in order to meet the changing expectations of their customers.
