WAWA Field Trip Request Form
This form is to request a field trip with West Atlanta Watershed Alliance.

Please note the following before booking a field trip:
  • The cost for a field trip is $18 per youth for 7 or more youth for a 1.5 hour program. 
  • Title 1 schools are discounted to $15 per youth.
  • For groups smaller than 7 youth, you must pay a base rate of $126 for the entire group. 
  • For field trips held at YOUR school, club, or camp, the rate is $84/hour/educator.
  • There is no cost for chaperones.
  • Content is usually 90 minutes and we have picnic tables available for lunch. The average field trip is ~3 hours.
  • If you have any questions or special requests, please reach out to our Environmental Education team via EE@WAWA-ONLINE.ORG.
  • Review our curriculum document (LINK) completely before submitting a request form.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.

Is this a request for an offsite field trip or a field trip held at your school, club, or camp? *
For large groups (7 or more youth), we charge $18 per child for a field trip of 7 or more youth for a 1.5-hour program. Title 1 schools are discounted to $15 per child for a 1.5-hour program. For small groups (up to 6 youth), we charge a flat rate of $126. There is no cost for chaperones. Are you able to pay the 25% deposit upfront to secure your field trip date?  (Deposits are non-refundable)

We have outdoor lunch tables where school groups can enjoy lunch brought from home/school. The lunch hour is self directed and monitored by the trip chaperones from 12pm-1pm. Do you plan to eat lunch onsite? *
