What are Regional Scrum Gatherings® (RSGs)?
RSGs are conferences organized and hosted by local agilists with the goal of bringing together passionate agile and scrum practitioners, trainers, coaches, and enthusiasts for the purpose of education and networking.
Hosting a Regional Scrum Gathering is a fantastic way to contribute to the agile community and gather agilists and scrum enthusiasts in your region.
Scrum Alliance supports RSGs through sponsorship, branded collateral and promotional efforts including email and social. As the organizer, you will be fully responsible for planning and hosting the event, including marketing, budgeting, and logistics. If selected, the full sponsorship package will be outlined in a formal agreement.
Before beginning the application, please review the sample 2026 RSG agreement, which outlines the Organizer and Scrum Alliance responsibilities. Please note: this is not an official agreement and is to be used for reference only.
Application period: September 1 - October 15. Notification of selection will be sent by November 30
