Lifeguard Class Application Form

This is the application for the lifeguard class that will be at the Scout Hut in Jackson and at the Jackson Pool. The flyer with the dates and times can be viewed here: https://bit.ly/3dHdyfD
The class is $235 and session dates are:
April 23rd from 3:30pm to 7:00pm
April 24th & 25th: 8:30am to 5:30pm
May 1st & 2nd: 8:30am to 5:30pm
Payment will be paid directly to the instructor on the first day of class. Bring a bathing suit ready to swim all days and all days are required to pass the class.
